How Certification Works
Prepare
Read the book. Train via CT4.ACADEMY. Use practice tests. Most candidates spend 40-150 hours preparing depending on level.
Apply
Verify prerequisites for your target level. Apply through the secure candidate portal. Pay exam fee. Schedule your proctored slot.
Examine
Take the exam online with a live human proctor. Identity-verified, screen-recorded, environment-checked. Format depends on level (multiple-choice, scenario, capstone).
Submit
For EXPERT and NINJA: submit your capstone project (40-page transformation case study) and complete the interview component within 60 days.
Earn
Pass — get listed on the public verification portal. Failed candidates get detailed feedback and one free retake within 12 months.
